I had been wanting a silk tartan skirt for some time now. I found Kinloch Anderson on the internet and got in touch with them.
I told them what tatran i wanted (Campbell) and I sent my measurments and sent the order off. I got an e.mail within 24 hours requesting a measurment I left out. I did call the next day and asked if there was any way I could have the skirt by the middle of January for the Burns Supper. I had waited to long to order (early December) and was told because of the holidays the would be closed for two weeks but they gave me a date of the middle of Feb. I was very surprised to get an e.mail on Jan 8th telling me that the skirt was ready to be shiped. I was happy to get the news but I knew that it would not be here in time for the big dinner. Much to my surprise Federal Express delivered my skirt at 1:oo pm on Thursday 9th. I could not believe it was here. I checked the custon form an sure enough it wad sent on the 8th. From Edinbourgh to Missouri U S A in one day. The skirt was perfect and if I say so I think I was the bell of the ball
