Great
Ordered in the morning & they arrived within 24 hours! Slightly smaller head with slightly softer bristles than the Braun/Oral B heads but absolutely brilliant. I was a little worried given some reviews stating they don't fit snugly, but I haven't found this to be the case at all. I won't hesitate to buy these again - great product, great price and excellent service.

I was offered the best price I could find on the Internet. Pick up was quick and convenient & communication was excellent. I had several emails with Matt who was very helpful and payment was swift. Highly recommended; thank you!

Ordered item out of stock, damage in transit, slow refund
Four days after placing my order and making instant payment, I was advised one item was out of stock and refunded.
The remaining two items were dispatched for next day delivery, for which I took the day off to receive them. In the afternoon of delivery day I was advised the courier company had not loaded the parcel on their van, later to be updated that they had damaged the goods in transit.
Charlies were unable to replace the items as they were out of stock.
I then had to chase the Paypal refund as, despite being reassured it had gone through, it hadn't. Great shame, but I won't be ordering from them again.
