We got the wrong information on the trip and thus missed the last bus and we were leaving the following day. We still have the tickets and would appreciate a refund.
I am sure it will be a memorable experience. The rating system is not helpful in my case so I just used it to be able to post these comments so don't use it as objective as we did not have the experience. Please make it a bit friendlier and enable it to cover objective issues.
