Appalling service
Actually, appalling is not strong enough to describe the crap service from this shower. Once they have your money they lose interest and they have never answered an email from me yet! I have thus far been reasonably polite but on another forum they were described as thieves, which seems to be a realistic description.
They could of course sort out my problem, but I won't hold my breath.
Ryanair
It's not all about price
Ryanair have a reputation for low prices but by the time the final bill is sorted out, that is not always the case. And "customer service" does not seem to be part of the company's philosophy.
Amazon
Excellent deal all around
The prices are right, plenty of choice, normally quick delivery. The Amazon name is one to trust.
