Look lets face it you guys have got it right. Di and I looked at a few options before our purchase and the sales presentation we had at Ashford was easily the most informed. We had no idea about water balance, chlorine levels, etc. you said it would be easy and it has been.
When you're looking to buy something everybody is so nice, but what happens when there is a problem? Well we bought it nearly a year ago and the music system had just stopped working. I rang the head office made an appointment and Shaun arrived and fitted a new one. No debate, no argument he just did it and arrived just when he said he would. This would appear very simple but it made such a change to get this kind of service these days.
Thanks again i'm not sure how we managed all these years without getting a tub sooner!
