I've had nothing but great results from OCUK so far, but that isn't to say my build went smoothly. All parts ordered from OCUK on finance in February last year. My first real PC build and I chose to assemble myself.
The first issue I had was that it wouldn't display POST. Had to return the CPU and the MOBO. Turned out the CPU was faulty and the mobo Bios didn't support it and needed updating, not really something that can be checked first, just a bit of a generic issue. (If you ever buy an ASROCK Motherboard, ask the dealer to update the BIOS for you before shipping, the early ones didn't support newer CPU's so you may have trouble)
My PC was solid as a rock then for most of the year. A few months ago my Corsair TX750 PSU died (NO idea how) and I had to return both the 560ti graphics card and PSU on separate warranties replacements, took nearly 2 months to sort out (which is a long time to be without your business PC) and cost me quite a lot of cash in postage and temporary parts to test faults with, but it's not OCUK's fault, just parts failing. We got there eventually and my machine is solid as a rock again (touch wood). At the end of the day, OCUK replaced everything that failed and I even got some free haribo, can't complain really.
PC's are troublesome. People think "It looks like it should work so WHY doesn't it work" and tend to lose patience pretty quickly. OCUK Have always been exceptionally polite and offered the most sensible advice, even if it's not what I always wanted to hear, they did the best they could! Can't say fairer than that!
