Wanted an eternity ring for my wife and originally was going to buy a full eternity ring but after some excellent advice from the sales staff went for the half eternity (The advice given proved spot on as my wife wanted a half eternity so that she could wear it all the time - just as the sales staff said).

After looking on the site they did not have exactly what I wanted but they offered a bespoke service that quickly sent out designs for me to approve. Armed with this I have to admit that I shopped around and quickly discovered that the high street could not compete on price and quality. Many high street shops offered far inferior rings for ridiculously over inflated prices.

So I went with Diamonds Factory and I am so happy I did. My wife absolutely adores the ring and the sparkle is amazing. Given that the ring is not a solitaire independent certification of each stone would have been extremely expensive. So I was a little worried about going with Diamonds factory certification only. However I have now had the ring independently valued and they valued it at more than the Diamond factory value. So all my worries have been put to rest.

I would definitely use Diamonds factory again and have to say the whole process was swift and efficient with the staff maintaining contact with me so I knew what was happening at every stage.
