Terrible Customer Service

Bought furniture from Debenhams, who took the money but never delivered anything. After weeks of chasing them they finally said they couldn't deliver to my address. After that weak apology I am still waiting for my refund - 9 weeks after placing the original order - will never shop in Debenhams again
