Dreadful, unethical company!

I ordered two set of sofas from CFS Furniture via Groupon. I paid two sets of £250 to Groupon and two sets of £50 to CFS Furniture for delivery of the sofas. I was told they would be delivered in December and days before they were due to be delivered and exactly 45 days after I paid by Paypal I was told by Groupon I would not be receiving the sofas. They refunded me the £500, however said I had to claim the delivery money through CFS Furniture. That very same day CFS Furniture has disappeared off the face of the earth and since gone into administration. Groupon refuse to pay me back the delivery, therefore I have lost £100 because of using what I thought was a reputable company - Groupon. I cannot claim back through Paypal as Groupon waited 45 days to inform me. I have since discovered thousands of other people have had the same problem with other companies that Groupon use. It seems Groupon, is joining up with these companies to rip people off. CFS Furniture has since reformed as the designer furniture company, no doubt using the thousands they made by ripping off people like me - I will never use Groupon again as a result!!!
