Dreadful service
Fail to pick up 3 times, leave and card and run, even when you are in and then deliver to a neighbour and don't tell you.
If a shop or store used Yodel to deliver, I refuse to buy and I take my business elsewhere

Who in their right mind would fly with this awful airline, pulls customers in with 99p fares and dumps them in the middle of nowhere!
