John Lewis
Excellent customer service, second to none.
This is British shopping at its best. You don't need to go to the like's Selfridges or Harold’s to have fantastic service just look no further than John Lewis stores on the High St. They are polite, honest with their selling technique’s and that's not all they know about the product they are selling you. Which can't be said for other electrical stores like Comet or PC world.

London to Capetown tiring, boring and plenty of pain in your back.
The seat 15 yrs ago use to be wider and more comfortable for long haul flights. Not anymore, they cost double the amount but the seats are slimmer and not suited for people over the age of 25. I don't consider myself as fat or tall but I even found them far too narrow for my backside.
Shame on you SA for being so tight with your seats space. I have always flown with SA but now I am considering Emirate airlines for the future. Customers seem to come first on their flights... someone has forgotton that with SA.

Good value for money in these hard times.
Product sound and an extra plus came with video software which is the reason why I bought it. Firewire + USB2.
