I'm not a very happy sky customer right now. I think their sky plus boxes are highly overpriced. I've tried to deal with them in the past about a sky plus box but just get the brush off every time - even though I know of several men who have done this and were successful every time! I mean I have been a sky customer for over five years and you get no benefit from that. Plus it takes an age and a half to speak to one of their customer support people - unless it's for extra channels in which case you speak to someone straight away! If I could switch to virgin I would but unfortunately it isn't accessible to where I live right now.
I changed to Orange in 2006 and have always been very happy with their charges and offers. They even gave me a fantastic deal for my home phone and broadband and it was only then I really how much the other company was grossly overcharging me. I'm happy to stay with Orange and haven't even thought to moving to anyone else.
I have been booking flights, hotels and transfers with Expedia for six years and they are always by far the cheapest. Their hotel reviews are always spot on and if i've ever needed to contact customer services their people are always so polite and helpful. I never book with anyone else cause if I look at other sites their prices are nearly twice as much as Expedia. I will continue to use Expedia for all my travel arrangements and will always recommend them to my friends and family.
