My album arrived and the quality was great, unfortunately the first two pages of photos were missing. I phone Photoworld and their reaction was almost disbelieving of me, as though it was my fault. I returned the album a week ago, phoned after 4 days to be told they were dealing with it but to date have not received a replacement, no phone call acknowledging receipt of incorrect album or courtesy call to advise me what is happening. Would not use them again which is a shame as the quality looked really good.
