I cant fault the services that the guys at the Mountain View Chocolate Factory (Google) offer. My company use their Google Apps and everything seems to swing along nicely.
My only concern is that one company really know so much about *me*!
I only ever use 123-reg for Domain Name registration. At all points the transactions have been smooth and their systems are slick and easy to navigate around.
For the more technically minded, you have full control over your A records and C Names etc.
If you ever need help they have a UK based support team that you can telephone.
I had used Three when they first launched here in the UK and I was not happy with them. Even though they were cheap the systems, processes and procedures were not good.
I have re-joined them about 6 months ago as I wanted to leave my old network (I spent around £400 per month, yes four hundred pounds, its not a typo!).
After talking with my old network they were not interested in retaining me, so I moved to Three on a SIM Only 30 day contract.
All I can say is what a massive improvement! Their network is a lot better than it used to be, their online billing and support tools work well and even the call centre are amazingly helpful!
The major thing I noticed is that my average bill is now around £90 per month.
If you are looking for a new network, give three a try on a 30 day contract, you will be pleasantly surprised how good they are now!
This review is specific about just-eat, not the restaurants that I order from on the site.
I have used the site about 10 times now since they launched. I have not had any issues with the site itself or the ordering process.
The choice of restaurants in my area is really good (PR1 - Preston), it looks like just-eat have got most of the take aways in the system!
I use the rating system on the website to see how good the take away is and have started to try out take aways I would not normally use. That said, if I find a new restaurant I will call the take away first to see what they are like. When I know the take away, I will just order online and just wait for the stated delivery time that is on the website.
There has been one instance where food was late - but the take away called me and apologised as they had a few problems that evening in their kitchen, they even gave me a refund as I had paid on my card via the website.
I know there are a lot of bad reviews in here, but I can honestly say I have not had any really bad experiences, the minor issue was the take aways fault and that was handled quickly and professionally by them.
