Good deal
I investigated the kit i wanted on the internet and then searched for the best deal which turned out to be richer sounds.
So I got the best price (they did say they would match it if i found lower but i could not find lower!) and a quick delivery.
Can't ask for more.

Good experience
I had a laptop from one company and a PVR from another and both arrived on the day and within the 1 hour time frame as notified.
I particularly liked the text confirmation to my mobile, even telling me the delivery guy's name!
I cannot see how the service could have been any better.

Everything excellent!
I have now ordered 2 laptops and a desktop from PCSpecialist and i would not have done so if at any time there had been a problem.
All aspects of each of the transactions was excellent starting from a very well organised and easy to use website, through helpful staff on the telephone, monitoring build process on the website to delivery via DPD which was another good experience.
The key point is that you get what you order and you get what you pay for.
I cannot comment on support as, never having had a problem, i have never had to use it.
I particularly like the telephone call monitor on the website so that you can see if there is a wait before you dial them.
A major factor was that even though they said they would match any lower price i was not able to find an alternative with a better deal!
I would buy from PCSpecialist again without hesitation.
