Customer service is a joke

I purchased floor tiles and cancelled the order before they came. Homebase said money be back in bank within 3-4 working days phoned up when wasn't in they then said 5-7 days still wasn't in bank. Phoned up again and was told a would get phone call back within 48hrs which never happened this happened couple times. 12 days later still no money back wouldn't recommend them to anyone
