Recieved a confirmation call and email for delivery date with a great 3 hour time slot. Not the usual 8 am to 5 pm. Delivey driver put where we wanted it. Curtuous and nice.

zero customer service
ordered glasses, commication great in terms of progress and confirmation emails.
However glasses then were faulty, I send various emails and not one reply. I had them mended at a local opticians.
