For a company that takes orders, payments and supplies goods let's be honest, it isn't rocket science and they should be able to do this right every time - afterall that's their business and 99% of successful online retailers manage this. So, what matters is when it's not as simple as take from a shelf and post, right?! Or as in some cases (as this company appeared to for me in the first instance), just feed the order to the REAL distributor who sends the goods, even easier?!
So, firstly it arrived LATE, then it was the wrong item and damaged. I sent a support ticket - no response, followed up with a phone call, promised a callback, didn't happen. Guess what, chased again over the phone, was promised next day delivery, no response and no goods - waste of a day. Next, after chasing again, promised an update as to the delay, didn't happen. Finally, an alternate (that they actually stocked themselves) was sent out nearly 2 weeks after order.
6 weeks later I have still not had a refund of the difference in price between what I ordered and now have (50% of original order!). Oh, yes, and they did finally contact me to arrange to pick up the damaged/incorrect unit but then when I responded (suggesting a date as they requested and asking for confirmation of the refund amount), I got.... silence!
My opinion if it wasn't clear, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - there are plenty of far better competitors....
