Hungryhouse
Great concept, great service
Hungryhouse basically allows you to find and order from local restaurants and take-aways. It a simple idea, like a lot of good ones, but one that they do pretty well.
My partner and I have ordered via their website on a few occasions and generally we've no complaints. We're lucky enough to live in a part of north London that is reasonable well served for quality takeaways (which helps a lot) but having said this, the fact that you can review the food and indicate the quality means that a lot of the places listed obviously keep on their toes.
Generally recommended as a great site to bookmark if you want to order hot food from your home or office.

Fantastic service
I ordered two Nikon D700 bodies from SLR Hut via their telephone call centre and received these just over two weeks later. The camera bodies arrived via DHL (a very reputable courier) and were well packaged, undamaged and exactly as described.
Generally, I am really impressed and satisfied with the service that they gave me. Whilst it's true that the delivery wasn't the fastest ever, the amazingly good price that I paid for the two bodies more than made up for this.
After purchase I did find some negative comments on the web about them, which, based on my experience, I find pretty surprising.
The only area that I might criticise is that they weren't as proactive with responding to emails as I'd have liked (however I was told that this was due to staff being on summer holiday which is fair enough). Either way, whenever I called them they were polite, helpful and proactive.
Ultimately, I have no hesitation in recommending them to others as a thoroughly good place to shop, and I will definitely be using them myself again in the near future.

Very professional and completely brilliant
I've been a customer of Solopress for several years. During this time their output for both me and my clients has always been top quality and they quite literally have never let me down even when deadlines have been very tight.
The account handler who I deal with is an absolute delight and is as professional and dedicated as she is friendly and helpful. JF - She knows who she is!
I absolutely love working with them on print projects and the only thing that would stop me recommending them is the fact that they are such a gem of a company that I try to keep them secret from my competition.
