When ordering wedding stationery on our website, all the pricing is clearly structured and upfront. We don't have ANY hidden costs at all included in the ordering process.
As standard, all our wedding invitations come with blank envelopes. These are included within the price. However, through the ordering process, there is an option to upgrade your envelopes to include your return address. This is not compulsory, as blank envelopes are included anyway.
Having looked at your order on our system, I can see that we made a mistake and sent your invitations without your envelopes. This is an unusual error and we're sorry this happened, which we rectified straight away for you.
You also mentioned that you had a long wait for your invitations. We aim to process orders in 5 days, and send through secure courier. This time frame was met with your order, and everything ran on time.
