Purchased Acer laptop advertised with Win7 Pro preloaded with Win8 downgrade rights. Specifically sought Win7 as Win8 rubbish on non-touch devices (great on smartphones and tablets though); also sourced for a client so didn't want to pass the hassle on. Ended up Win8 only - confirmed by Acer UK (not Simply Acer) after call. This whole episode cost me money as this job was already priced (and I had to provide Win8 training). Good laptop though, shame Win8 spoils it.
I ordered a PC for a customer from Argos - mainly for the good price and the fact that I would get triple Nectar points. Argos failed to deliver on the day it stated.. in fact it took another week to recieve product resulting in embarassment for me. Customer Services did not respond to emails and eventually offered me £20 gift voucher.
