WANTED TO USE PAY LATER - YOU SHOULD MAKE IT VERY CLEAR ON THE OPENING PAGE THAT THIS FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PEOPLE WITHOUT MOBILE PHONES - NOT EVERYONE FEELS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE ONE
IF IT WASN'T THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY COMPANY I'VE FOUND WITH A TABLE 85 X 85 I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED ORDER

UPDATE ON "EVEN WILL RIP OFF A PENSIONER". AFTER NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND FOBBING OFF HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED REFUND. HAVE FOLLOWED TRADING STANDARDS PROCEDURES TO NO EFFECT.
HAVE CHANGED BANKS AND THEY SAY THEY ARE UNABLE TO PAY REFUND TO NEW BANK - OLD BANK SAYS IF A REFUND DID OCCUR (WHICH THEY DOUBT) IT WOULD JUST BOUNCE BACK TO THEM - THEREFORE FOLLOWS THEY THINK THEY WILL GET AWAY WITH NOT PAYING REFUND.
I HAVE NOT ONLY LOST THIS MONEY BUT ALSO WHAT I PAID FOR THE GOODS ON E-BAY AS THE VENDOR HAS NOT REFUNDED THAT AS WELL. ALSO THE COST OF NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO BANKS, TRADING STANDARDS, AND SOLICITOR.
AS A RESULT I AM REPORTING THEM TO action-fraud.org.uk AND I SUGGEST THE REST OF YOU DO THE SAME.
IT MAY SAY UNDERNEATH THAT MY UK DELIVERY HAS PROCESSED REPAYMENT - BUT I DEFINITELY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT !!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear you were unable to use the payment service you wanted. The reason this service requires a mobile phone is because PayLater use this to send a secure PIN via text message. If you call the Customer Service Team at PayLater however, they are able to give you this PIN over the telephone and you do not need to supply a mobile number.
