I went to the front door to get what I thought was the post just coming through the letterbox.
It was a card from the Yodel driver (who hadn't bothered to knock or ring) saying "Parcel in Black Bin" and he was just driving off.
Well I couldn't reach it in the bin and had to tip the bin to get it. This bin stinks as do most black bins and must harbour nearly every currently known microbe as well as a few that aren't.
If these drivers are too lazy to be bothered to knock or ring, why can't they use a modicum of common sense and leave parcels in a clean environment.
I wouldn't be over the moon with any dustbin but the blue one is almost sanitary compared to the black one.
If I get e-coli this week, or any other bacterial infection, I shall be making sure they pay for it...
