I ordered an item from their website which arrived quickly and I was happy with it. I thought great, i'll go ahead and buy 3 more. They never arrived. After writing 3 emails with no response and calling with no answer, I'll still haven't received an email or any correspondence whatsoever. We are close to one month now and i'm going to have to contact my credit card company which is a big inconvenience.
Just one more thing. On their terms and cond. they have written - "We reserve the right to refuse any order" Seriously is that a good business idea? Why would anyone refuse an order made from them?
