Excellent communications and fast delivery
After making a mistake trying to buy from Simplyelectronics, this was a perfect experience.
Next day delivery (despite being 3 days from Christmas), clear communications and shipping tracking.
Highly recommended and also very good prices.

Buy elsewhere!
After placing order and confirmation email sent, no delivery after 10 days despite being shown in stock. After contacting the company I was told additional security checks were required despite being delivered to the same address as registered with the credit card. Sounded like an excuse for no stock. No idea why an email or call was not made to highlight this was required.
Has taken 4 weeks for a refund.
Customer services helpful, but feel that the company is finding excluses to hold onto customers money while the product is imported from Hong Kong. Purchased from www.buyacamera.co.uk 3 days before Christmas and was delivered next day for only slighly more money.
Despite being the cheapest, spend a bit more any buy elsewhere.
