Love Boohoo!

Love this website for dresses of which I have manyI Not tried other products yet but I have to say their dresses seem to be good. I haven't experienced any problems with delivery or returns which have been prompt I have only had to return 2 items but only because they didn't suit me, this site is a really great find in my opinion.

I too have had problems with this disgraceful company, but this might be of help to some of you.
If you paid for the goods using your credit card like me, you must do the following:- 1) Inform your Credit Card Company they may be able to offer you a Chargeback to your card and will send you the appropriate forms to fill in. 2) Inform Cardiff Bay Police of the situation (they are totally aware of this company - I found [name] most helpful, he may not be able to do anything now, but by reporting this to the police you will just add more weight to your claim.
3) Print off any e-mails that you may have made to the company, as again your Credit card company may ask for them to aide your claim.
I don't know if the banks have the same facility if you payed by debit card but i would expect so. I really hope some of you get your money back . Most importantly we will all be more careful who we order from in the future. Best of luck.
