Avoid arkpets

Placed my order on 4th February for my new marine tank, £850 of my hard earned cash. Six days later my 'NEW' tank turned up in a van and ark pets don't employ a drivers mate, Once we lifted our tank into house and the driver left we noticed the box with the light unit in was torn, so had a little look inside to see the lights smashed. Then noticed a crack and dents in the tanks plastic rim, also paint chipped off the cabinet. I phoned ark pets and they messed us about before they said it will be changed for a 'NEW' one. This was going to happen in another weeks time, they did not turn up or even call to inform us, then the next week on the 21st feb, again did not turn up or no phone call. So far I had taken time off work 3 times to help carry the tank, they did change the first unit on the 24th feb three weeks after I placed my order and taken time off work for the 4th time. What I'm not happy about is the lies told by staff at ark and the fact that they tried to give me a broken and damaged ex display tank for £850 of my cash. I know the first tank was not new because when we opened the box there was no protective sheet around the glass, but there was on the second tank. Also the smashed light unit was inside a box inside the tank, that would not have been like that from the manufacture as it would have never passed QC. I'm 1000% sure I will never use ark pets ever again because there crap and lie.
