My children (15 & 12) and I used the Paris Pass on our visit in October 2011. It was convenient and just about justified the cost. The main pro was convenience, particularly at the Louvre which had an awful queue. The metro and bus pass allowed travel everywhere. The Car Rouge was an absolute godsend, allowing unlimited travel over the 2 days. The Arc De Triomphe needed an extra ticket for my youngest, but we were taken care of without having to queue again. My children loved the Bateaux Cruises; we went on two of these (no extra charge). You need to be well-organised to take full advantage of the Pass, but it made our trip much easier. The only thing that I would add is that the Eiffel Tower is not included, but you can book online (your time is fixed) and queue jump when you get there.
