This was the first time I've ordered from The Lightbulb Company and I'm impressed. They kept me informed about the status of my order, despatched the goods carefully packed (vital for lightbulbs and surprisingly not always the case with other on-line companies) and the goods arrived promptly.
Will certainly use them again and can recommend.
When my gift finally arrived at my friend's house the quality and mix in the hamper was first class and she was delighted. However, it was not delivered as promised first time around and the so-called response time of 1 hour from Customer services turned into several hours and the replies were just bulk standard, not relating to my actual query at all. Indeed I was sent copy in error of replies to other customers - who were also experiencing difficulties.
Havng tracked down the whole saga with Yodel I have discovered that your team were doing the right thing behind the scenes - but they never transmitted that fact to me and that is the key problem.. I felt left in the air with no idea what was happenning.
Suggest you bring back telephone support and tell your team to let us know the bad news as well as the good.
Orders arrive on time - no mistakes and no hassle. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
