STAY WELL AWAY

2 hours after ordering our food AND RECEIVING CONFIRMATION of our order, we contacted the restaurant and they said that no-one had contacted them. We phoned takeaway.com and were told that they had "technical issues". When I pointed out that their technical issues didn't stop them taking money from people I was told I was being abusive and that they were ending the call. Unbelievable shower who I will never use again

The evening your placed your order we experienced an error that resulted in the cancellation of your order. In communication with you we did explain that a full refund was actioned, but this may take up to 10 working days to transact as the banks need to lift a hold on the monies paid.

We understand that this situation may have been particularly frustrating so we have sent you an email explaining the situation and how to contact us should you have any further questions.
