Good quality but a bit of a faff

Despite a disapointing Flash Banner on their website suggesting 'Free Delivery' - this comes with some caveats that were not mentioned by the sales staff even after having a conversation about needing the kit quickly and then after the delivery date had passed, discovering that it had not ben sent yet due to being 'Upgraded' to Free Delivery - The kit is good quality and after a small rant on the phone they shipped it next day for no charge.
