We ordered on line and the address looked wrong. I called and Luxury Nook said they would correct it which they did not as the delivery went to the wrong address.
The actual order took ages as apparently emails we not getting to me or my partners account. I didn't even see them in spam. I made a final call and they told me there was a damage in my order and they needed to re order. After which finally they sent me an email through.
Not sure if their communication is awful or their email system is not working.....
Over complicated bureaucracy for delivery, badly organised bad service. I find their service opaque and unpredictable. I ordered a one month before delivery as we are moving home. Was advised I should call a week before I want items delivered. When I called they said another letter from them needs to be sent by them for security purposes. They should have sent this letter out before and explained procedures at time of order. I find it alarming that it is only when I called for delivery that this procedure is sprung on me.
