Ordered these flowers for my wife's birthday, the deluxe option. When opened my wife was extremely disappointed with the quality. The flowers were brown, dying, dry and limp. Rather than being delighted it was just the opposite. Her words were "you would have got a better quality of flowers from a garage". Totally spoilt the experience. Never again.
Ordered a number of items from them, all were delivered the following day as promised. Two couriers completed the delivery, one was good one was bad, the bad one managed to smash the mirror cabinet. Not Best Bathrooms fault but they replaced it without quibble.
Would recommend and use them again.
Tried to purchase a mobile phone for my neice £12 on the Tescodirect website using Tesco vouchers. After typing in the numbers over 3 times as the site kept crashing I was then told that one of the vouchers had a problem and system finally froze and crashed again. Vouchers gone! Phoned up customer service, lad didn't have a clue how to resolve, passed me aroiund the building. After phoning again I had to do it all again on the website which worked. Delivery to my local Tesco. After visiting local store twice being told that it had not arrived then it was 'lost' I had them arrange a home delivery and eventually item arrived...a £12 phone. cost me double that in time, phone calls and petrol money. Tescodirect indeed....
