I have used Wiggle for several years in purchasing various cycle items -- clothing, accessories, lights, etc.
I have never been let down and have always been able to discuss details of my proposed purchases with their sales team.

I have not ever used their "returns" setup but from the details that arrive with any order it seems to be simple

They have an excellent free deliverly service on all items which has always worked well for me. A faster next day delivery is also available but I have never used it.

Discounts are also available for regular buyers (and also for members of British Cycling too -- I don't know about CTC members!)

I do shop around for my purchases of biking gear elsewhere but Wiggle is my main supplier!

You also get free "jellies" with your order too!

As good as I expect from such an online purchase

The pupurchase of a baby Belling cooker went well.and delivery of the item was on time and there was no difficulty at all. The service provided was good but no more than I expect when buying on line. My purchase from "electricshop.com" was made after much research on line and the prime factor in selecting them was one of price.( including free delivery).
I would certainly look at them again should I need to renew a household appliance
