The items I ordered were couriered by Parcel Force - who left a card in my son's house saying that the parcel had been left at the village post office ---- only about 80 yards away. So no problem -- except that, at about 5 pm on Monday 10 December, the village shop/P.O was on fire with 3 fire engines pouring water over the whole premises-- eventually leaving it wet, blackened and boarded up -- with the parcel inside!
i reported this both to The Whisky Exchange and to Parcel Force.
The events over the next few days had several emails exchanged and I dealt entirely with one lady at TWE (Kathy Kealy). I was more than satisfied with the way the matter was dealt with and the following Monday the replacement order was delivered safely.
I should also say that Parcel Force also responded well and eventually retrieved a blackened and distressed parcel and returned it, at my request, to TWE
So it was well done by both parties
I made 2 separate orders for the same item -- 3/4 length tights-- both deliveries were each made next day by Royal Mail postman
I buy most of my cycle clothing (and accessories} on line - and sizing is notoriously different depending on manufacturer-- hence order 1 to check size against the actual item ( as opposed to that given online).
Since fit was OK I placed order 2 as a repeat order.
So I was satisfied!
I found the website OK but I have been to more user friendly shops -- perhaps it was because I was a first time user. --but first impressions are important
I have used Wiggle for several years in purchasing various cycle items -- clothing, accessories, lights, etc.
I have never been let down and have always been able to discuss details of my proposed purchases with their sales team.
I have not ever used their "returns" setup but from the details that arrive with any order it seems to be simple
They have an excellent free deliverly service on all items which has always worked well for me. A faster next day delivery is also available but I have never used it.
Discounts are also available for regular buyers (and also for members of British Cycling too -- I don't know about CTC members!)
I do shop around for my purchases of biking gear elsewhere but Wiggle is my main supplier!
You also get free "jellies" with your order too -- sadly this fun but friendly gesture has stopped since I last write in here-- it has been replaced by packets of "high energy -- carbohydrate heavy gunk" which as a 76 year old, type 2 diabetic I don't use -- as a daily ( and these days much slower cyclist) my energy input is always a matter of concern for me and my diet.
bring back the wine gums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-}
btw 2013 is the first year in ages that I haven't spent several weeks cycle camping around Europe.

The pupurchase of a baby Belling cooker went well.and delivery of the item was on time and there was no difficulty at all. The service provided was good but no more than I expect when buying on line. My purchase from "electricshop.com" was made after much research on line and the prime factor in selecting them was one of price.( including free delivery).
I would certainly look at them again should I need to renew a household appliance
