Very poor quality futon

I ordered a futon with 14cm luxury mattress, but the mattress is FAR from luxury. You can feel the bars of the frame right through the mattress, so it is not very comfortable! I suspect that we were sent the regular mattress (9cm) despite paying for the thicker one, but when I emailed customer service, complete with a photo of the mattress being measured, they ignored me.
We previously had a futon from Ikea, and I ordered this one because I was looking for something of better quality. Instead I have paid more for something of much poorer quality!
I would not consider spending any money here inthe future.

There are no notes on your order that you contacted us with your issue? We have not received any emails as emails are ALWAYS responded to. We suspect if you tried to send a file (image) this could have been seen as spam.

We have never, ever had any comment like this about the deeper 14cm Futon Mattress.

Please consider contacting us before leaving comment like this online - so we can make you a happy customer. It is sad to see reviews such as this without being told how we could help.
