I was wary about buying from somewhere I hadn't experienced before, especially when it seemed so much cheaper than everywhere else (Nikon D610 £1174 as opposed to £1599). I need not have worried, the service was excellent and really fast and I'll definitely shop there with confidence in future.
I originally did my first bathroom with items from BetterBathrooms.com which proved awkward, difficult, frustrating and time consuming. I did my next bathroom with Showermania and it's a completely different experience. I would strongly recommend them and will be using them again for my remaining bathroom.
I would certainly not recommend this company for the simple reason they are so short sighted in their treatment of customers that they won't be around for long.
I ordered the things I needed for one of my bathrooms to see if they would be a good company to buy everything for my other 3. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong item so called to see if it could be changed. I had to buy another item and arrange a return courier myself as a simple exchange isn't something they offer. Due to the need for the item to be delivered quickly so as not to delay the work, I paid the extra for next day delivery. The item turned up the following day but was damaged so I rejected it. I phoned up to complain and arrange the delivery of a viable item since the one they sent wasn't. I also asked that the extra I had paid for next day delivery be refunded as they had not fulfilled their part of the contract of purchase. They said they wouldn't because the fact the item was damaged wasn't their fault and they were sending the replacement for the next day. They completely missed the point that I had paid for it to be delivered on that day so as not to delay the work, however that's exactly what happened. The plumber had to take extra time to finish the job with the knock on effect of delaying starting the following job with another customer.
For the sake of a few pounds they have missed out on at least £6000 worth of business, plus any word of mouth recommendations I would have given to friends and via social media.
Their attitude to the customer is a disgrace so I would suggest avoiding them at all costs.
I've now bought from Hifi Headphones three times and I can safely say its the only place I would buy headphones. The reviews give you enough info to make a decision without baffling you with techno speak. The communication is excellent, you always know what's happening with your order, and the speed of service is brilliant. All round I would say this is one of my favourite companies to deal with online.
I really couldn't believe how quick and easy this process was. I went onto the website on Monday and the money was in the bank before the end of the week. There are so many companies who could learn a real lesson from mazuma! Fantastic service
