Bought a faucet which was so poorly designed it could not be mounted in a standard counter top. The company's service line could not be contacted for two days because they were having phone problems. When I finally contacted customer service speech was unintelligible as they outsourced this to people that could not speak English. It then took them more than a week to send a return authorization. One month later they refunded 3/4 of my payment keeping the rest as a "restocking fee." BULLSHIT. Never again!
