Having only read the reviews here after I placed a near £200 order I was a bit worried. However, I was kept up to date via email (4 in total for various stages of the order) and even told at which hour the delivery would arrive.

I called their customer services number because i though the item was out of stock. They answered instantly and informed me that i had been allocated the last one they had and that it was marked out of stock afterwards.

The Package finally arrived via DPD and in excellent condition at the time I was told it would arrive.

The delivery procedure seemed as good as overclockers even though its slightly cheaper and I might have been a bit lucky in getting through to an operator instantly but it was a pleasant surprise.
