very good service...just needs a little tweeking.

Ordering was pretty simple although a few places dont have thier full menus listed so you need to ring them to make any changes,but wasn;t too hard.

would use again.

snooty

I found the aircraft and food etc very nice. no problems there. My only gripe is with the staff. The females tend to be quiet snooty and dont do the airline any justice. The male staff generally seem ok. Very odd. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Mazuma Mobile

Bitterly dissapointing

I found an old mobile phone that I was about to bin. I decided to pop onto the mazumamobile website to see if I could get anything for it. turns out I could so I did all the bits and they sent me the postpack. Upto this point everything was perfect and simple.
I posted the phone to them and they e-mailed me to say that it was reported as "lost/stolen". This is where the wheels fell off. They refused to give the phone back to me so I could sort it out. They gave me the name of some website to go to to see why it was blocked. To cut a long story short, I had to do all the running around to find out why my phone was supposedly listed as stolen. Turns out it was incorrectly listed as stolen. My point here is that Mazuma mobile did nothing to help me and refused to give the phone back to me as it was against the law. It was only when I threatened to get the police involved did something get done. I did get the phone unblocked and mazumamobile did give me my money due without any further problems. Mazumamobile is a great system and is very simple to use, just dont expect any help from thier "customer service".

Hi Duncan - Thanks for your review and sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. We can confirm the phone we received from you was blocked (registered lost/stolen). We emailed you on the same day of receipt to advise you of this and requested that you unblock the phone. We are required by law not to return or pay for any phone that is registered lost/stolen until it is unblocked. Unfortunately, unblocking a phone is something only the rightful owner can do, so we are unable to do this on your behalf. Once the phone was unblocked we made full and immediate payment. Mazuma Mobile support and adhere to the 'Stop Stolen Mobiles Being Recycled' code of practice set by the Home Office and the National Mobile Phone Crime Unit. We hope this helps.
