I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She lives in the Scottish Highlands so I ordered the delivery for a few days before the date required as I'd had problems with other suppliers to this location before. Sure enough, the day came and no flowers arrived. I rang eFlorist that evening - they were most apologetic and stated they were determined to get to the bottom of the problem. They rang me back first thing the next morning - the problem was with the florist who had agreed to deliver for them. They just hadn't been able to. However, they had assured eFlorist that they would deliver the next day and would upgrade the bouquet. The flowers duly arrived with complimentary chocolates and were, by all accounts, beautiful. A problem solved quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.
The car salesman was a perfect gent but didn't mention that his dealership takes out loans to fund the cars on their forecourt. Of course, his HPI check of my future car was ok but mine flagged up some outstanding finance - his! A simple call clarified the situation and he will put in writing that he has no claim on the car, however without my own check and the advice from the HPI website, I would never have known any of this. An invaluable service.
