bought a voucher for them to clean my oven before xmas 2012 and despite them promising me they would be out before xmas they let me down and the subsequent date for January 15th was accepted by me and waited all day on the date and no show, I then cancelled their service as they were totally unreliable and unprofessional
I know they say slow delivery but I am still waiting for a personalised mug I ordered OVER 3 (21 days) weeks ago
had a small problem of my own making and moonpig sorted it within the hour

it is now nearly march and i am still waiting for a refund for a groupon deal I bought in early december that was not delivered and they refuse to refund saying that they were inundated with requests and all will be dealt with eventually but it is coming up to 4 months now and they do not reply to emails ,horrible people
