Not the greatest customer service

Had to return a pair of headphones through no fault of iheadphones. Took them over 2 months to sort out a replacement, with me getting told conflicting information. Eventually had to settle for another pair which I didn't want just because I wasn't going to be given a refund and it was getting quite annoying waiting for a replacement pair.
I did receive the new headphones sent, but I am not happy with them at all!!! Have checked the website and seen the pair of headphones I initially requested a replacement for are now available but I'm not ready to face the hassle and difficulty with the customer service department in trying to get somewhere with this so marking this as a loss on my part as I have headphones I cannot use!!!!

Very doubtful I will be using this company again and would advise my friends to be cautious when dealing with them
