Best online retailer
Always receive items promptly in great condition and packaged well. Amazon have constantly offered great prices for their goods and the service that they offer is second to none. Never had a bad experience with them as of yet.
Royal Mail
Best delivery service
Royal mail is possibly the best delivery service in my opinion. I always get my letters and parcels everyday from them and they are always quick with first class recorded deliveries. I have had one or two bad experiences but the years of excellent service outshine any bad experiences that I have had with royalmail
DPD UK
Stole my item
I ordered a PS Vita from play.com which was to be delivered to my house on the release date. On tracking I was to receive the item between 08:13 and 09:13 and I waited all day just in case. My entire day was wasted and I look at tracking again and it somehow is in the depot. I wait 3 days and then decide to call DPD customer service. They tell me to contact play.com so that they can contact them and suprise suprise, play tell me that someone at DPD stole my item. This is the worst delivery company I've seen. Yodel, Parcelforce, Royal Mail and even CityLink offer a better delivery service than this piece of garbage that is called a business. Try and avoid using this company if you don't want your goods stolen.
