I am still feuding with First Utility, over the past 2 years they have performed disgracefully as an energy provider. Firstly charging incorrectly for the unit measured for Gas. Then NEVER keeping the flow between my calls, letters and emails. I have to re - explain the complaint EVERYTIME. I have had 4 complaint numbers. Each one they quote to me, then state it is resolve and demand - another and very different payment amount. All these amounts are totally incorrect and I settled my bill in full when I left the UK 17 months ago. I am still complaining, and have just spent a lot of money - printing off and sending from NZ ALL the different emails, ranging from 'you owe nothing' to many different figures up to 300 GBP. DO NOT USE.
