Great Experience
This is a company that my wife and daughters have recently discovered - and haven't stopped raving about since (where are my earplugs?).
Prices are really good, perhaps too good, so we placed a small test order first. Items arrived promptly, well packaged and without fuss. I'm not much of a garment person myself, but the ladies of the house were rather delighted by the quality and style of what they received.
They have now being placing orders with Woownow regularly and their satisfaction level has remained very good. On the couple of occasions they emailed the company and received very swift answers dealing with the queries in a very friendly and efficient manner.
I used to grumble about my wife and daughters' shopping, but this company really helped reducing our spending. Highly recommended.
Dixons
Helpful & Pleasant
I was surprised by all negative reviews about Dixons, but I guess even so-so companies can get it right sometimes.
We ordered a dishwasher a few weeks ago however, for one reason or other, we had to reschedule the delivery/installation several times.
On each occasion, customer services were very helpful, polite and efficient, quite a pleasure. Recommended.
