Depends which driver you get!

Service is patchy. Two separate occasions Citylink claimed they attempted delivery and left cards. They hadn't! Its got to the stage that when I know they are the delivery company I walk around with the doorbell strapped to my belt, all the inner doors wedged open, I don't hoover, I haunt the hall and,somehow, they claim that they couldn't get anyone to come to the door and they REALLY did leave a card!! unbelievable!! and yet on other occasions, no problem!!
