Great company, very good quality cloths for Baby and excellent customer service. I received my package the next day and was kept updated of shipment. I will order again and even recommended my friends to order there as the outlet store is fantastic as well.

Extremely poor service, still waiting for my order

I ordered some Leander accessories on the 1st of February and still waiting for the goods to be delivered. However, the payment was taken from my credit card last month already! I called the company many times as they would not provide regular updates on the status of my order. After calling three times without having a clear understanding of the situation, they offered a rather insulting discount of 4.9%, assuring me that the order was on its way. A few days later I had to chase the order again as they has not information to hand I later I got a call back from the manager [name], who told me that they lost the goods and had to re-dispatch the full order!! Also, they send you a tracking number, but the courier company does not even have a website, so WHAT IS THE POINT?! I asked him to reconsider the compensation but told me that it is the best they could do. This company is a joke and I would NEVER order from them again. Please also note that their refund policy is 7-10 working days, which is completely unacceptable.

Thanks for your comments in relation to your order and we apologise sincerely that your experience when ordering from us has not been fully satisfactory.

I can see that there was an initial delay in dispatch which led to the delivery lead time being extended. We do apologise that this was the case and continue to look into why this occurred.

We received notification that the courier had lost the order in transit, which we apologise for and have endeavoured to resolve for you. To this end we dispatched out a full replacement order the same day which is due to arrive with you within 48 hours. We do use a variety of different couriers and in this case the courier is only contactable via phone at present. Alternatively, we are more than happy to provide any information you may require.

Normally discount is not something we offer, however in this case we did offer an amount of money back as way of apology for the delays. We have also offered a discount on any future order as well.
