If I had been asked to rate this company last week it would have been 4 or 5 stars but my latest order arrived with 2 items missing. I e-mailed them to ask what had happened and, well, that was 5 days ago now. Nothing received back as yet, which is very disappointing.
EDIT - E-mail re-sent 29/2/12 as per comment from Bitzbox. Reply received very quickly and replacement items being sent so have upped my rating to 5 stars to reflect this excellent service.
