These guys are hopeless. Have been cold called twice about joining BT broadband, on both occassions I have answered loads of questions before I could join. Then on both occassions I heard nothing afterwards, no attempt to connect. They rang a third time to sign me up again, sadly I didnt give them the opportunity to win my business again.
These guys are rubbish. I attempted to disconnect at end of my broadband contract and called the operators. They informed me I need to give them at least 30days notice as the contract period was now only a minimum. I then received a new bill one month later for another month, rang back and was told that I'd have to pay it and then call back to arrange refund???? WTF?? I then rang back and spoke to supervisor and was told I'd have to wait 2weeks for a cheque to be posted. Why do you make it so difficult to leave Orange?? Your Customer Service is appalling.

Would recommend them. Great prices, speedy delivery and goods arrived in perfect condition. Really appreciated the communication between order and delivery arrival, having a 1hour delivery window is so rare these days. Would definitely use this site again.
