Successful unlock eventually

Codes for my LG Optimus are obtained by FZ from elsewhere so delivery is not instant but arrived within stated time. Instructions a bit vague. 2 codes delivered but no mention of how to use "backup code" and neither code worked 1st time for me.
Response to support query was only in evenings so don't expect instant turnaround. Site advertises online support but not offered to me. First response to query was vague and ambiguous, but after follow-up query I got succinct and successful help next day. Overall it took 4 days from order to get successful unlock.
